It was disappointing but… think of it this way. The democrats gave a black woman 107 days to run for President. Her opponent had a ten year head start, foreign interference, a full propaganda ecosystem, and the richest man in the world in his corner. Despite all that she almost pulled it off. Remember more people voted against him than for him when you include the third party votes. They are small and loud. They are not the majority of America. We will overcome this. Stay strong and keep fighting!
Hope you have a date for New Years? And my biggest disappointment is Tara Strong, who is known to be a supporter of Democrats in the past, remained publicly neutral in this past election. And I know the exact event which caused that neutrality (it did not occur in 2024).. I was hoping the fact that just about EVERY one of the friends of hers I follow on the socials publilcy supported Kamala (as did I). Would it have made a difference? Probably not. But it couldn't have hurt.
